We’re happy to have him back at Kazoo for his third year as our Art teacher! He has been part of the Kazoo community in many ways over the years- as an art and photography teacher in Extended Day and Summer programs, as a Kazoo parent, and as part of our school photography team.

A professional photographer and artist in the Kalamazoo community, his work centers on art and narrative storytelling. He loves finding ways to connect creativity, real-world experiences, and learning, and he brings that perspective to students of all ages. When he’s not making art or teaching, you’ll likely find him talking about TTRPGs (especially D&D), science fiction, books, or music—or traveling with his family and discovering something new. We’re always glad to have him bringing his creativity, curiosity, and considerable nerdiness back to Kazoo!
