Payment
Options and Financial Aid
Payment
Kazoo School allows tuition to be paid in 10, 11, or 12 month
installments, at no additional cost. Tuition payments may be made
through automatic cash account debit.
Other Requirements
In the interest of keeping tuition costs as low as possible, each
Kazoo School family is asked to participate in our Annual Fund
and expected to generate a minimum of $150 profit through the Retail
Certificate Program.
Families are also expected to contribute their time, as they are
able, toward helping with special events, field trips, school beautification
projects, recess monitoring, small fundraisers, etc.
Financial Assistance Program
Kazoo School offers need-based scholarships to families unable
to afford full tuition. Financial aid amounts range from $300 to
$3,400 per child. Families must apply each year for financial assistance.
Awards are based on annual income, family size, and the amount
of money available in the financial assistance fund.
In recent years, the financial assistance program has expanded
to include a higher level of annual income. For example, a family
with a federal adjusted gross income of $80,000 may qualify for
a financial assistance award, depending on family size.
Retail Certificate Program
Each Kazoo School family is required to generate a minimum of
$150 profit through the Retail Certificate Program. After the $150
minimum requirement is met, families may apply one-half of any
additional profit generated to their tuition account. Many families
have achieved significant reductions in their tuition, in the range
of $250 to $1,500.
Kazoo School does not discriminate against any person on the
basis of gender, race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation,
political persuasion, national or ethnic origin, or disability in
its admission or financial aid policies. |
